Dr. Dre appeared on a recent episode of This Life of Mine With James Corden, where he declared Eminem the best MC ever. "I think that he's the best MC ever, point blank period," he said. "Of course there's gonna be arguments about that because he's a white guy," he added. "I don't think that anyone can touch Eminem on that microphone."

The claim started when Dre detailed his first collaboration with Eminem. "'Hi My Name Is', that was the first thing that happened," he explained. "I put the beat on and he just did [the hook] right away. "We were in the studio, I hit play and he did that. It happened that fast, no bullshit."

Em recently reflected on "My Name Is" on its 25th anniversary. "It was such a big deal to experience a sound stage, a full crew, and all the things that come with shooting something at that scale," he shared of the video. "It was such a huge learning curve to see what a big Hollywood production looked like."

He also addressed the rumor that he was high during the video, specifically the scene where he portrayed Bill Clinton. “If you look closely at my eyes during the scene where I was dressed like Bill Clinton, it may look like I was high on ecstasy during that part of the shoot, but that’s just a rumor," he explained.
