Joe Conzo — the man 'The New York Times' called “the chronicler who took Hip-Hop's baby pictures” — is at the center of our latest drop.

Joe Conzo, Jr. captured African-American and Latino life in the South Bronx, New York between 1976 and 1984. Known worldwide as "The Man Who Took Hip-Hop's Baby Pictures," Conzo photographed early performances by the Cold Crush Brothers and Grandmaster Flash, plus other moments that defined the genre's history.

Conzo co-authored Born In The Bronx: A Visual Record of the Early Days of Hip Hop in 2007, which has long been out of print. In partnership with 1XRUN and Beyond the Streets, we're proud to give Conzo's book a freshly expanded edition for exclusive release.
