Shipping and Returns
We offer Domestic and International Shipping Worldwide.
How long before my order ships?
It will generally take 1 – 2 business days to process your order for shipment. Order processing times may be longer on weekends and during holidays. You will receive an email when your order ships and order status information can be found in your account, if you have one.
For RTB product on Pre-Order, it will generally take take 2 weeks to complete the processing and manufacturing and another 1 week to arrive, so a total of 3-4 weeks to arrive from time of purchase.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
Rock The Bells offers free standard shipping for orders over a minimum order size, which is subject to change at any time. We also offer expedited shipping options. We use various shippers, including U.S. Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
For RTB Merchandise and Collabos, we are currently offering Free Standard Shipping. Your order will generally take 7 – 10 business days to reach you, depending upon your U.S. location.
Expedited shipping costs $25.00 per order and your order will generally take 2 – 3 business days to reach you, depending upon your U.S. location.
Rock The Bells’ shipping costs are subject to change at any time, without notice.
For RTB Merchandise, we offer international shipping for a cost that will depend on the size of your order and your shipping destination.
Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs and/or duties on your order. These fees are your responsibility and Rock The Bells has no control over them. If you have questions about customs and duties fees please contact your local customs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be included in the email you receive when your order has shipped. If you have a Rock The Bells account, you can also find your tracking info in the orders section of your account. If you have any other questions about an order, you can reach out to us via the Contact Page.
To return your product, you should fill out the form on the Contact page or reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. For returns, we will require:
- Order number
- Item being returned
- Reason for return
We offer a 7-day return policy upon receipt. Hit us up at email@example.com if you wish to return the item and we can issue you a return label. Once our warehouse confirms they receive the return and check the quality, we will then refund you less the return shipping and restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please fill out the form on the Contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced and certain on-sale items may be refunded. Unfortunately, any Final Markdown sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you will need to return your item and buy a new one.
We currently do not have an option to purchase and send products as a gift.
