Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home end credits features De La Soul’s 1989 single  “The Magic Number” from their debut studio album 3 Feet High and Rising. Of course, Gen-Zers were quick to make their way to streaming platforms upon their new discovery of the classic hip-hop track, just to find out the De La Soul hit was nowhere to be found on DSPs.

Fans took to social media to voice their frustrations about the track being nowhere to be found on their favorite streaming platforms. One Twitter user wrote, “the craziest thing about Spider-Man No Way Home is "The Magic Number" by De La Soul in the credits. that song isn't on Spotify.”

Other fans took to TikTok after the new discovery, urging the hip-hop trio to finally post the track on DSPs. Fans won’t have to wait too long for the track to hit streaming services. In August, the group confirmed their six album catalog would be arriving to Spotify and Apple Music after a decades-long batter with their former label, Tommy Boy Records. The group was offered 10% of album royalties. Reservoir Media recently purchased Tommy Boy Records for $100 million, which provided De La Soul with masters to their catalog.

Check out some of these hilarious fan reactions as they demand the track to be placed on DSPs for their listening pleasure.
